Unlike our competition we don’t demand a “rip and replace strategy”. Our approach is unique in the market and it enables our clients to swiftly and cost effectively deploy an online student experience management strategy without the major disruption of replacing a core system.
Second, we respect institutions' need to be in control of their business. Therefore we deliver solutions that can be configured by our clients using our control centre. Unique to the market it allows administration staff to change workflows, add business rules, incorporate service offerings and perform a wide range of other tasks that enable the solution to be configured to the specific needs of the institution. No programming, development or expert IT support is required which means clients can rapidly and cost effectively respond to the changing demands of their institution. In short, unlike others we give control to the people who need it – our clients.
Third, we appreciate that clients’ needs differ and therefore our business model is flexible. We can provide a fully integrated end-to-end student experience management solution or a single online student service. Our engagement is driven by our clients’ needs and we work with them to evolve their student experience management strategy.
