The National College for School Leadership (NCSL), the UK’s leading educational agency responsible for developing excellent leadership in the nation’s 23,000 state maintained schools has selected CampusIT’s student experience management solution to drive its end to end online interactions with program participants and providers.

The QuercusLive solution from CampusIT will enable NCSL to manage its entire interactions with participants and course providers online – from initial enquiry through to managing attendance and payment processing.

For participants QuercusLive will provide, at the click of a button, comprehensive details of all the programs available to them. Each program comes with a customized online application form that can be completed and submitted. Participants will receive application status updates, and if successful, full logistical details relating to the program including any course materials or pre work – all available and published online.

For program providers QuercusLive provides a single source through which they can manage and administrate all of the programs. From application review and acceptance, through to payment and billing; from event logistics and wait list management through to participant communication and recording attendance. One single system, one central nerve centre.

The selection and deployment of QuercusLive at NCSL forms part of the organization's over arching strategic initiative to excel at the customer experience.
