1. Business case and KPI review - We’ll work with you in the planning stages to identify and forecast the business improvements that will be achieved. This allows a business case to be built that will validate your investment decision and establish the results by which the solution’s success will be judged.

2. Business process review - We’ll work with you to review and analyse your existing processes around student experience management and where necessary we will collectively redefine these to meet best practice and ensure optimum effectiveness.

3. Project definition and planning - Our project team will work with you to draw up a detailed project plan covering all key deliverables and accountabilities. It will take into account not only the technical build, but the integration of the solution into your business processes.

4. System commissioning - Our technical team will work with your team to put in place the system infrastructure and ensure it is functioning correctly within your technology environment.

5. Data migration - Our data migration strategy includes a comprehensive, robust tool set to extract, review, cleanse and import data from any existing student records system into Quercus’s education data architecture.

6. Configuration - Our team will work with you to configure the modules and services within the solution to match your specific needs as outlined and agreed in our project initiation document.

7.Integration - Using our integration hub our technical team will set up all the integration and touch points with your third party systems ensuring the two way flow of information.

8. Testing - Once we’ve validated the system’s performance it will be implemented across a small group of employees to test end user functionality. Only when you and they are happy, will roll out begin.

9. Roll out - The roll out timetable will be scheduled to your requirements; we’ll be on hand to provide support at every stage.
