Apply online
With all questions answered the next step is to apply online. Simple and easy to use the applicant can input her details, attach any relevant documents, select her choices and simply submit. QuercusLive will keep her informed of the progress of the application, what to expect next and when. Behind the scenes, the solution steers the applications through an automated selection process using rules and logic unique to the client and allowing for manual intervention when and if the same is needed.
Book and pay
Once the application has been processed and accepted QuercusLive facilitates the online payment of any fees due. The applicant can complete the transaction online, and QuercusLive will process the payment and issue receipt confirmation. All payment information is linked directly and seamlessly back to finance, payment processing and student record systems.

Review work placements
Staff can review what work placements are available for what courses. With a simple login they can see what employers are offering and what students have requested. They can facilitate and manage the process of making appropriate matches as well as updating details, adding and deleting new options.
Survey students
